Yes it is true there are Bison in North Carolina. Here are some pics of a fun filled trip to the south land where a bunch of us guys....luke knapp, trent leman, tony esslinger, and josh gerber went to visit the Bison himself, John Eisenmann!! Good times and Good memories....my behind is still a little sore! (ask to see the clip sometime, or just wait for it to be on america's funniest home videos) the water was pretty cold too! josh and I made some great music before my instrument broke and we were asked if we all had ID stickers (which of course we did not) :)
We ate a lot of great food (you gotta try a Brazilian steakhouse sometime). And we even had the opportunity to hear Steve Saint (see the book or movie End of the Spear) at church on Sunday...What A Blessing!!! Amazing work that is being done for our Lord!!

Jim - the steak is pretty much the same, it is the way they serve it that is different...it is all you can eat, and they come around with the meat on a skewer...green means keep the meat comin', and red means stop for now! that is all there is to it!! :)
Aaron - nice thought, but march is not a very good time in North Carolina, I would recommend a trip somewhere in the Carribean during that time! :)
