RUNNING THE RACE!!

"Know ye not that they which run in a race run all, but one receiveth the prize? So run, that ye may obtain." 1 Corinthians 9:24

So this past weekend I did something crazy!! I ran a 5k MARATHON. Ok, maybe not a marathon but it seemed like one for me. With little to no training what so ever, I went out there and gave it my all... Needless to say I completed, but I have been feeling a little sore ever since. In all, it was a great experience with friends and many memories along the way. I maybe did not win a medal (like my friends Carlos and Craig) but I did complete the race and in my mind a half way decent time of 31 minutes!! So to all those naysayers out there.... "Yo Adrian, I DID IT!!" :-)

"O Michigan The Beautiful"

So, I thought I would write a quick post to share in My Love of the Greatest State in the USA. Although experiencing some difficult economic times, Michigan's beauty comes from within. All prejudice aside, between the lakes, warm summers, and white winters, you would have to agree that Michigan is indeed the Greatest STATE!
