Bison and North Carolina!!

Yes it is true there are Bison in North Carolina. Here are some pics of a fun filled trip to the south land where a bunch of us guys....luke knapp, trent leman, tony esslinger, and josh gerber went to visit the Bison himself, John Eisenmann!! Good times and Good memories....my behind is still a little sore! (ask to see the clip sometime, or just wait for it to be on america's funniest home videos) the water was pretty cold too! josh and I made some great music before my instrument broke and we were asked if we all had ID stickers (which of course we did not) :)

We ate a lot of great food (you gotta try a Brazilian steakhouse sometime). And we even had the opportunity to hear Steve Saint (see the book or movie End of the Spear) at church on Sunday...What A Blessing!!! Amazing work that is being done for our Lord!!

Finally an Update: Michigan, Vball, friends, nothin' better!!

I know it has been awhile, I have been meaning to update this thing for sometime now... Well the time has finally come my friend. I had been wanting to post some pictures of our trip to Michigan this past labor day! However, I was having a difficult time tracking them down, I know that Kristi Daniel's blog has some good ones, but anyways, here are some more and a group shot to get an idea how huge that weekend actually was!! :) Good times! Great fellowship with friends in the Beautiful state of Michigan...it really doesn't get much better than that...well maybe only in Heaven...God Bless.

RUNNING THE RACE!!

So this past weekend I did something crazy!! I ran a 5k MARATHON. Ok, maybe not a marathon but it seemed like one for me. With little to no training what so ever, I went out there and gave it my all... Needless to say I completed, but I have been feeling a little sore ever since. In all, it was a great experience with friends and many memories along the way. I maybe did not win a medal (like my friends Carlos and Craig) but I did complete the race and in my mind a half way decent time of 31 minutes!! So to all those naysayers out there.... "Yo Adrian, I DID IT!!" :-)

So, I thought I would write a quick post to share in My Love of the Greatest State in the USA. Although experiencing some difficult economic times, Michigan's beauty comes from within. All prejudice aside, between the lakes, warm summers, and white winters, you would have to agree that Michigan is indeed the Greatest STATE!

MEMORIES of MEXICO

I thought I would update my post again with some great pictures of my trip to Magdalena, Mexico in January 2005. It was a very memorable experience with fun, some working, and lots of fellowship. It will forever be a trip of laughter, outreach, and bonding that I will will never forget! IT was an awesome group and I am so glad I went. :)
